As America's most popular animal artist, Lori Faye Bock's whimsical and humorous original paintings have been delighting animal lovers at Waxlander Gallery on Canyon Road in Santa Fe since 1997.
Her seasonal studio is located inside The Dome at Los Silvestres, a picturesque agricultural community just above the village of Abiquiú along Highway 84.
The studio, is an early 6th century A.D. Byzantine architectural wonder incorporating pendentives to convert a square adobe structure into a circular dome.
Open by appointment only (505 685.4822) during the summer and fall seasons, visitors are invited to meet Lori Faye Bock. Her designs have benefited national humane groups as well as hundreds of local animal shelters, rescue groups and humane societies seeking to raise the consciousness of pet guardians to promote the humane and kind treatment of animals.
