Santa Rosa Hosts the Smithsonian Traveling Exhibit 'New Harmonies-Roots if American Music.'
Santa Rosa New Mexico hosts The Smithsonian Institution's New Harmonies Root's of American Music runs September 25th through November 6 2010 in Santa Rosa at the Historic Ilfeld Warehouse in downtown Santa Rosa. The Smithsonian explores American music including the hispanic music of the southwest. Local exhibits, interpretive and educational programs, fiddle workshops, art, quilting, and live entertainment accompany the program.
