Elephant Butte Chili Challenge Cook Off

The Annual Elephant Butte Chili Challenge Cook Off is held the second Saturday of June and starts at 11 am at the Desert Cove Campground at Elephant Butte Lake State Park in Elephant Butte, New Mexico.
