Contemporary Spanish Market occurs in late July every year on the plaza in Santa Fe and showcases contemporary Hispanic artists.This event is an important component in the preservation of New Mexico's artistic history and the continuation of its legacy. The Annual Contemporary Hispanic Market in Santa Fe is the nation's largest Hispanic art event. It is an event where the public has the opportunity to see and collect the work of so many renowned contemporary Hispanic artists. Thanks to the efforts of the coordinators of this event, all of the participating artists, and the residents and visitors who attend the Hispanic Market, New Mexico's tradition of excellence in the arts continues.
