Casamero Pueblo Ruins
The Casamero Pueblo Ruins are located near Prewitt in McKinley County. The ruins include a single structure of 22 ground-floor rooms of Chacoan Ancestral Pueblo people who settled here between A.D. 1000 and 1125. The main ruins include a small pueblo (occupied 1000-1125 AD) and an unexcavated great kiva.
