BernardoBernardo, New Mexico, 50 miles south of Albuquerque on I-25, is the gateway to the Bernardo unit of the Ladd S. Gordon Waterfowl Complex, providing winter habitat for waterfowl and sandhill cranes. From here travelers can go east on Highway 60 up Abo Canyon to Mountainair or continue south to Socorro.

BernardoBernardo is the home of the Kiva RV Park and Horse Motel, catering to seasonal senior travelers, residents, and travelers with any matter of furry pets.
