The 14th edition of SFiFF brings premiere film screenings to downtown Santa Fe for five days of filmmaker awards, industry forums, and other film education events. Filmmakers, film-buffs, and casual moviegoers will have the opportunity to find world-class film otherwise only accessible in large metropolitan areas or major film festivals.
SFiFF’s past guests have included Oliver Stone, Shirley MacLaine, Gena Rowlands, Robert Redford, Ethan Hawke, Wes Studi, Jay Roach, Ali MacGraw, and Jacqueline Bisset, Tantoo Cardinal, and John Sayles.
Santa Fe is now one of the greatest theater cities on earth with the recently opened Violet Crown Cinema, George R.R. Martin’s Jean Cocteau, and the historic Lensic theater. SFiFF will take place in various venues around downtown Santa Fe, including theaters, art galleries, hotels, and restaurants.
