Whether you’ve been to Spain or it’s on your bucket list, join Open Kitchen on this delicious adventure to the heart of culinary Spain right here in Santa Fe!  In this class, you'll learn the technique behind cooking the most popular Spanish paella - "Paella Mixta" – a mixture of the paella Valenciana and the paella de marisco with saffron rice paella studded with fruits of the sea, chorizo, chicken and vegetables. And while our paella is simmering away, we'll prepare some delicious tapas, a great arugula salad with grilled goat cheese, and decadent cinnamon-manchego cheesecake with summer berries for our dessert!
