The fun begins at 8:45 am when you meet Open Kitchen Chefs Leslie Chavez and Erica Tai at the Santa Fe Farmers Market and visit Doug's table at the market and then we'll go shopping for gorgeous fresh local produce to make our delicious lunch. Once the ingredients have been hand-picked, we'll go Open Kitchen where you will learn to prepare a mouth-watering four-course meal.
