Summer brings many delicious delights to Santa Fe, and one of the best is the annual July Spanish Market. At the Santa Fe School of Cooking, we decided to celebrate by inviting Chef James Campbell Caruso for an especially savory Spanish Market Class! Chef James Campbell Caruso is an eight-time James Beard nominee for the Best Chef in the Southwest, and once you taste what he plates up, you'll understand why! Owner of two popular Santa Fe hotspots, La Boca and Taverna, Chef James will explore the flavors of Spain, and you'll taste dishes from his restaurants' tapas menus that are deliciously beyond the ordinary. This demonstration class includes all of Chef James' delectable recipes and a full meal, and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the Spanish Colonial Arts Society, which organizes the Spanish Market. We look forward to sharing the heritage flavors of New Mexico with you!
