Wildlife West’s zoo is one of the few places where people can be close to and observe native wildlife in their natural habitat. Get a behind the scenes tour of Koshari, a 500 pound black bear, eye to eye with 2 young cougars, and see 4 adorable, tree climbing grey foxes and the newest arrival – a magnificent Golden Eagle.
The Herpetological Society will showcase their fascinating reptiles, Peregrine Falcon presentation, along with representatives from other environmental organizations.
Stay for the Chuckwagon BBQ, followed by live western swing music featuring the Watermelon Mountain Jug Band. Raptor free-flight presentation 6 p.m., dinner 7 p.m., music 8-9 p.m. RSVP required by 2 p.m. on day of show. Chuckwagon (includes admission into Wildlife West zoo):
