The tire gorilla outside of the City of Albuquerque's Solid Waste Management offices is a perfect example of creative reuse. The gorilla was built in 1990 by artist Sarah Perry and has been housed at the SWM offices ever since. You may not have the time or equipment to make an entire gorilla with old tires, but there are tons of ideas out there for creative reuse of troublesome tires.
