Rachel Schneider, the owner of the salsa producer, is helping her employees ditch single-use plastic. After meeting with Keep Doña Ana County Beautiful, Rachel pledged to provide her employees with reusable water bottles and a water dispenser to keep them full. Last week, she delivered, giving her employees Keep NM True bottles and bags and providing the water dispenser.

Seeing New Mexico businesses take the initiative to keep our state clean and beautiful proves that New Mexicans care about our environment and recognize the need for solutions. We salute the folks at Ol' Gringo Chile, and wish them the best in their efforts to refuse plastic waste!

Ol' Gringo Chile Company is a New Mexico True certified business. You can see their products at their website, https://olgringosalsacompany.com/
