Our Biscochitos come from Beverly Trujillo, one of five siblings. Bev always made her Biscochitos for friends and family and we her to start Bev’s Biscochitos as a family company. Bev learned to bake biscochitos with her grandma Eugenia, Her mom Josie and her Tia Edna. and it just turn out that biscochitos are New Mexico official state cookie. Bev’s Biscochitos started out from a need to raise money to support our Legacy family farm Acres De RJ Legacy. Our farm in Cuba NM has been for generations and is currently utilized for organic farming and horse grazing. Acres de RJ Legacy decided to start growing organic vegetables as no one had utilized the farm for growing for many years. We grow baby bell peppers, cucumbers, and calabacitas. We have an irrigation canal that runs through our property that is fed from the Rio Puerco.
