Owned and operated by Jessica Mackenzie and Byron Harrel-Mackenzie, Chef, BellaLuca is an upscale, rustic Italian eatery. Housed in a historic downtown property newly renovated to house an open display kitchen and an urban, warm, inviting dining room. Local artist shows adorn the walls on a rotating basis. Chef Byron is a graduate of Johnson and Wales and was most recently (before stepping into the private sector), the opening Executive Chef at the Signature at the MGM Grand.
