The growing conditions in the Hatch Valley have given the chile a unique flavor that is now known nationwide. It is used in a wide variety of dishes ranging from enchiladas and tamales, to toppings on our pizza and burgers.
Granny Annie's Chile started as a family recipe for green chile sauce that has been passed down for generations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. What once was made for only family and friends, has now become a local and family-owned business. We are very excited to make it public and share our love for green chile with everyone!
