I learned to sew in my grandfather’s tailor shop in Pueblo Colorado as a girl. As an adult I drifted away from sewing and had a career in accounting in Albuquerque NM. In 2019 I sold my business expecting to retire and travel. When COVID 19 first appeared in 2020, I returned to my roots in the sewing room because everyone I knew needed a mask. I made masks then quilts, then embroidery I began to think of myself as an artist. I decorate hats, jackets, aprons, and free-standing lace with southwest, nature, alien, and God inspired designs. These items are all unique, finely crafted and accessible to everyone.
This new kind of machine has brought the fun back into sewing and I am so happy to share it with you!
