Because our guests deserve the best we can offer, we focus on both "B's: the beds and the breakfasts. We're in the business of helping you create great memories of your time in Taos. Starting each day with a terrific breakfast is just one way we hope to facilitate a one-of-a-kind vacation for you and yours. It's that special time each morning when all our guests gather at the breakfast table and share a meal prepared by one or both of La Posada's two Master Chefs. Sitting as a group each day offers everyone the chance to meet travelers from all over the country — frequently from all over the world. It's a time of sharing the incredible food as well as the special moments that Taos always offers. Breakfast always begins with cut fresh fruit, organic yogurt and our signature housemade granola. The first course is always accompanied by a variety of fruit juices such as our favorite Blueberry Pomegranate juice or orange juice. Michael Carter, our own "Breakfast Guru," has developed several signature dishes such as blue corn, toasted pinion waffle served with chicken-apple sausage or bacon. Perhaps you would prefer posole-lime pancake served with red chili pork and a poached egg has no equal or breakfast tostadas with black beans topped by an egg over easy.
