Los Alamos Historical Museum

The Los Alamos Historical Museum displays 1.4 million years of history, from the volcanic explosion that caused our unique geography to the Manhattan Project and the explosion of the world's first atomic bombs. Also included are displays on the Ancestral Pueblos, early homesteaders, and the elite Los Alamos Ranch School for boys. The museum is open 361 days a year. Admission is free.
