i see images through contemporary eyes, both abstract and realistic, and try to convey the lure of the simplicity, elegance, grace, and power of my subjects by means of evocative composition and use of light and shade, color and texture all working together.\n\nbased on that context, is my fine art photography. my primary subjects are the magnificent landscapes of the southwest united states. thus far, this includes white sands national monument in southern new mexico and chaco canyon in northern new mexico; canyon de chelly in navajoland; antelope canyon in page, arizona; sedona, arizona; death valley and joshua tree, california; zion national park, "the wave", monument valley, and arches national park, all in utah. here also are fine art images of the gateway arch in st. louis, missouri and a variety of people, places, and objects.\n\nall images are available for viewing and fine art prints available for purchase via my studio and my website,
