Trip Adviser Review My wife and I ate breakfast and lunch on 26 Jan 13 at the San Antonio Crane while on a photography workshop at the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge. Both meals were great. Inside seating is limited but they have a nice covered porch that is nice if the weather is not cold. I understand they are going to enclose the porch and that will give a lot more indoor seating. We had their Breakfast Burritos (bacon or sausage, potato, cheese and egg with red or green chile) for $3.25 each. For lunch my wife had the Chili Relleno Burrito Plate (One chili relleno with beans in a tortilla) for $6.50 and I had a green chile cheese burger for $5.00. Service is not “fast food” but it is not suppose to be. The waitress was prompt, friendly and polite. The “Crane,” as it known to the locals, is run by the Armijo family. They are open Tue-Sat from 700am to 700pm and Sundays from 700am to 300pm but is it a good policy to call to make sure. You can find their PDF menu and phone number at www.socorro-nm.com/SACrane.htm We had a good time at the Crane and I hope you do also.
