We provide tours of the historic Las Vegas area, including tours at the 1898 Castaneda Hotel, Fred Harvey's first great trackside hotel.It was the site for Teddy Roosevelt's first Rough Riders Reunion in 1899. The Montezuma Castle was Fred Harvey's largest luxury resort destination, first built in 1882. It is now home to the United World College-USA. Tours are provided there when a student-led tour is not available. On the national historic Santa Fe Trail sits the Plaza Hotel, which has been a tradition in Las Vegas, NM. since the 1800's. It is also home to one of the most-loved and active ghosts in NE New Mexico, Byron T. Mills. Come for a tour of the hotel and visit his room ! We also provide Harvey Girl Tours for groups.
