Tre Rosat Cafe is open Thursday through Monday night, serving lunch and dinner. We are closed Tuesday and Wednesday, allowing us to be open for the weekend travelers. Our seasonally changing menus strive to push the boundaries of New American cuisine. We make our pizza, breads,and pastas fresh daily in house,along with our salad dressings. This is not your typical buy-in or packaged food chains, we make everything on our premises. Tre Rosat Cafe has been highlighted in New Mexico Magazine, New York Times, and Smithsonian.com. It is quickly becoming known for it's dynamic and constantly changing cuisine.
