Tumbleroot was first imagined in the fall of 2015 when we, co-founders Jason Fitzpatrick and Jason Kirkman, were on a biking tour of Denver breweries and distilleries. We had a clear idea of what we wanted to do and what would make Tumbleroot unique: a completely from-scratch bar program with spirits made from organic base ingredients along with fresh, seasonal beers. After two years of planning and searching, we began construction of our Bisbee Court production space and Agua Fria Street taproom in the summer of 2017 and opened both in April, 2018.
Tumbleroot’s taproom and restaurant features a large indoor and outdoor seating area including community tables, a horseshoe bar, couches, and more intimate seating as well. Come visit us for live music several times a week, Tumbleroot’s food menu, food trucks, spirits, beer and more. Lots of parking makes it easy to stop by for samples, stay for a cocktail or pint, get a bite to eat and grab something to go.
