  • 2–3 large avocados
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crema Mexicana
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Makes 6 Servings

  1. In the pitcher of a blender, combine the avocado flesh, crema, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
