Green Chile Stew

Serves 8–10

  • 2 pounds ground turkey

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 2 cups green chile, roasted, peeled, and chopped

  1. Sear turkey in a hot skillet, then transfer to a Crock-Pot. Add the green chile, salt, garlic powder, and cumin.

  2. Cover with lid and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
