Savor the Perfect Summer Day

Kick things off with a morning yoga class, followed by seasonally inspired sustenance and mimosas, served waterside by Blue Heron restaurant. Stroll the verdant grounds and discover secret nooks and meandering trails through the cottonwood forest. Come afternoon, grab a private cabana and dip into the sparkling saltwater pool. Next, swing by the Puppy Patch—a partnership benefitting a local animal shelter—and get your furry-friend fix. As evening approaches, let your spirit soar while you watch native hoop dance provided by Lightning Boy Foundation, a local youth dance troupe. After sunset, enjoy front-row seating while you catch a flick on the massive screen at the nearby Motorama at the Downs drive-in. Return to the resort via complimentary shuttle service and cap off the night in a swaying hammock under the starry sky.

Soak Like A Local

When it comes to soaking, New Mexicans are practically professional. Follow these three tips to soak like a local. First, nurture a mindset of gratitude and respect for the water. For next-level relaxation, soak before your massage for an even more therapeutic treatment. Lastly, try several of the pools around the resort to get a feel for the different vibe each provides.

Venture Out

Want a little more action? Adventurers will want to visit La Cieneguilla Petroglyphs and explore ancient Puebloan ruins, just a five-minute drive from the resort. Or saddle up at nearby Broken Saddle Riding Company. History buffs can get a glimpse of 18th century New Mexico at neighboring El Rancho De Las Golondrinas, a 1700s ranch turned living history museum.
