The 2013 New Mexico Vacation Guide – 154 pages filled with places to see, things to do and people to meet, along with information essential to visiting the Land of Enchantment – will soon be available free of charge at a visitor center or tourism destination near you. With a press run of 600,000 copies, the official state guide takes a fresh look at this nation’s most enchanting and adventure-filled destinations.

New Mexico Magazine, a division of the Tourism Department, produced the 2013 New Mexico Vacation Guide.

“The New Mexico Magazine team has done an excellent job in packaging the information for the New Mexico 2013 Vacation Guide in a way that makes it an inspiring, attractive and easy-to-use reference guide for travelers throughout the year,” said Dave Herndon, Editor in Chief of New Mexico Magazine. "We're proud of the state, and we're proud of the guide."

It will be distributed throughout New Mexico via visitor information centers, convention and visitor bureaus, chambers of commerce and other locations beginning Friday (November 30, 2012). Approximately 150,000 will be inserted into major newspapers in Phoenix, Denver, Amarillo and El Paso for distribution Sunday, January 13, 2013.
