Claire Walter, one of several Denver-based journalists who attended the department's recent media mission reception in The Mile High City, pens this piece about Hotel Andaluz chef Marc Quinones. Quinones, the executive chef at MAS Tapas y Vino at Hotel Andaluz, joined the department for the trip and prepared a special New Mexican menu for the event, which included industry partners and the department pitching New Mexico to national media based in Denver.
