The FY18 Cooperative Marketing Grant Program opened last week to an overwhelming response. 175 webinar attendees learned how the Media Menu Plan expanded its offerings and reach from last year. Over 60 applicants share our excitement about placement in prominent markets like Dallas, Chicago and Phoenix through expansive airport displays, magazines like Southwest Airlines Inflight and Pandora radio. Plan offerings like New Mexico Magazine and New Mexico True Television will complement national efforts by driving in-state travel. With more than $1 million dollars in requests vying for a limited budget, it’s going to be a highly competitive evaluation process. Over the next few weeks industry partners who submitted their Intent to Apply will receive recommendations to supplement their existing media plans.
