Purpose of meeting:

The purpose of the NMCB Advisory Committee Feb. 22 meeting is to review the purpose and function of the Committee, discuss the expectations of members, and outline a plan of action for 2018.

Goals for meeting:

• Familiarize attendees with the NMCB Act and Advisory Committee member duties
• Discuss feasibility of Statewide Community Appearance (NMSA 1978 67-16-7 Measurement and Evaluation)
• Establish intent and focus of Affiliate/Partner Recognition Program
• Establish quarterly meeting schedule

Expectations:

• Advisory Committee members will attend at least 3 out of 4 quarterly meetings
• Advisory Committee members will actively participate and support the NM Clean and Beautiful program
• Advisory Committee members will be responsive to communications from the Keep NM True Program Coordinator
