New Mexico True Television is the winner of a Rocky Mountain Regional Emmy Award for the second year in a row, this time for its episode Health and Wellness that features equine therapy, healing waters, and connecting with the earth.

“We are thrilled that New Mexico True Television has received this Emmy Award,” Tourism Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Latham said. “We are grateful to the ‘True Crew’ at Cliffdweller Digital who have made this show a success and have helped show more of New Mexico to more of the world.”

The show highlights New Mexico’s beauty, culture, history and variety of things to do and see across New Mexico. It displays both the well-known and hidden treasures throughout the state – from hot air ballooning, white water rafting and mountain biking to hot springs, restaurants, galleries and museums. New Mexico True Television aims to inform, excite and motivate viewers to get out and see for themselves the destinations and activities New Mexico has to offer.

“We are proud to showcase our state, and excited to share the over 200 stories we have produced to date with residents of New Mexico and neighboring states as well as people around the world via various social media venues,” Executive Producer Richard Holcomb said.

The show airs regionally on both commercial and PBS stations as well as public access in Albuquerque. New Mexico True Television shows viewers in New Mexico, Southern Colorado and West Texas the adventures and sights New Mexico has to offer.
