RFP #27-418-1003-00001-00 - Brand and Data Asset Management Software Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a brand management and data asset management software provider. This software must provide the ability for users to upload their owned assets for use in pre-designed advertising templates that allow for customization under pre-approved brand guidelines. This software is critical for the administration of New Mexico Tourism Department’s Cooperative Marketing and Advertising Grant Program, as it allows its awardees to create customized ad units that adhere to the New Mexico True brand standards.
This Request for Proposals was published on August 3, 2026. Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than September 17, 2026 at 4:00 pm (MST/MDT).
