PR activity for New Mexico is off and running in high gear for this fiscal year.  Our team at HUB Destination Marketing (HDM) has worked with the NMTD team to accomplish the following:

  • Journalists from the following outlets confirmed they experienced Northwest New Mexico because of proactive pitching by HDM: CNHI, Tampa Bay TimesNational Geographic Traveler, local Fox 19 Cincinnati, Travel+LeisureSunseekerLet’s Take It Outside,, and more.
  • Scheduled 30 face-to-face appointments at Travel Media Showcase, held September 11-14, 2018, in Niagara Falls, NY.  Pitches were made to journalists who represent outlets/shows such as: Philadelphia Daily SuniHeartRadioGood Day AlabamaEuropean TravelerChicago TribuneUSA TodayGroup Travel magazine, and more.
  • HDM/NMTD plan to host two journalists for a press trip with a winter/snow theme in January 2019.
  • HDM/NMTD plan to travel to New York City to attend IMM-USA where they will pitch a minimum of 25 journalists in face-to-face appointments.
