Meet Chef Chris Bethoney
James Beard award semifinalist Chris Bethoney has been cooking at Campo since its inception in 2017 and the head chef since 2022. Chris has helped elevate the restaurant with his inspired techniques and commitment to supporting local farmers and herdsmen. Formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chris returned to Albuquerque to raise his family and impart local culture onto the evolving menu at Campo.
