Come and join in the fun as some of northern New Mexico’s ski areas are illuminated with torches and fireworks during the annual Ski Torchlight Parades! Enjoy music and other festivities as each of these ski areas celebrate with their unique take on this deep-rooted ski tradition.

Join us every Saturday and holidays during ski season for the best show in Red River! Red River’s Torchlight Parade & Fireworks on The Face is a deep-rooted tradition that you and your family won’t want to miss. Bundle up and get ready for the show at approximately 7:00. The annual Torchlight Parade at Ski Apache will take center stage on the downhill slopes. The festivities begin with the Horace Comanche Drum Group at 4:00PM. At sundown, torch-bearing skiers will glide down the mountain to the sounds of traditional Native music followed by a dazzling firework display to end the night.

Ring in the 2020 New Year in style at the Taos Ski Valley torchlight parade and fireworks display. Starting at 6:00 p.m., watch as skiers make their way down the dark mountain with flares as their only means of light. Following the torchlight parade, don’t miss the spectacular fireworks display and even more festivities.
