Abiquiu Inn is 50 miles north of Santa Fe (US 285/Hwy 84) on the banks of the Chama River, up the road from the painted cliffs of Ghost Ranch, Cerro Pedernal and the historic Piedra Lumbre Valley. This river corridor has been home to Paleo Indian cultures, 10,000 years ago through ancestral Puebloan times, Spanish settlers, and in recent decades, artists of all disciplines and renown, including Georgia O'Keeffe. A sanctuary in the high desert, Abiquiu Inn is a restful haven for wellness groups, nature enthusiasts, artists, writers, boards and associations, and guests seeking solitude and enlightenment in northern New Mexico. We host 25 private casitas, most with fireplaces, all with outdoor patios and pillow-top mattresses. Over half are suites, two with two bedrooms. Three are handicap accessible.
