The Artesia Historical Museum and Art Center focuses on local and regional history. The permanent exhibits are located in the unique Moore-Ward House, built in 1905 from river rock. The short-term special and traveling exhibits are hosted in the modern Art Center next door. Be sure to visit the website to see the annual schedule of special and traveling exhibits.
Regular hours are Tuesdays-Fridays, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.
