Our spacious, secluded park is located in Timberon, New Mexico - at the edge of the Lincoln National Forest and just a quarter mile past the Circle Cross Ranch. This RV Park is six acres in total, containing 40 full hoo-kup, pull-through spaces with 20/30/50 amp services available. While enjoying your stay at this park you will see an abundance of wildlife such as turkey, deer, elk, and an array of birds.
Circle Cross RV Park is adjoined to the historical Circle Cross Ranch, founded in 1893 by Oliver Milton Lee. Eventually, the ranch grew to approximately a million acres ranging from Tularosa, New Mexico to El Paso, Texas.
Construction on the Big White House that Lee, his wife, and nine children resided in began in 1905 and was finished in 1907. During the construction of the house, Lee and his large family stayed in the historic red barn. At one point in time, the road leading to Timberon went through that barn, so that Lee could be sure who was traveling through the area.
Currently, the Circle Cross Ranch is a working cattle ranch that is over twelve thousand acres in size.
