New Mexico’s Premier Cooking School. Our cooking classes are 100% hands on participation covering a wide variety of cuisines, taught by Chef, Chris Maher - a James Beard, nationally recognized chef and past recipient of 7 four diamond awards of culinary excellence. Each class is approximately 4-5 hours, and all levels of cooks are welcome! Cost for each class includes all food, instruction, recipes to take home and a beautiful, seated meal at the end of each class, paired with wines. Private classes are also always an option – individuals, families, groups and Team Building culinary events. We purchase local, organic food when available. We also proudly produce the Caleb&Milo line of artisan specialty foods in Taos, New Mexico.
