Desert Micro located in Las Cruces, New Mexico grows culinary microgreens for restaurants, grocery stores and private customers through our Community Supported Agriculture or CSA home deliveries.

Operated by chef, musician and organic farmer Jayson Valencia whose Spanish/Italian and Native American heritage goes back for hundreds of years in Northern New Mexico. Jayson has been a cook and event chef for most of his life and recently has become a student of the soil food web, regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices.
