Executive chef Andrew Gorski's passion for food and creative plating will delight all your senses. He has received praise for his menu and culinary execution. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Andrew has worked in some of Las Vegas's top restaurants. He has studied under world-renowned chefs such as: Thomas Keller of the famed French Laundry and Bouchon, and Alain Ducasse, whose restaurants are located around the world and have been awarded an unprecedented 21 Michelin stars. Andrew returned home to Cleveland Ohio to take over Cleveland's first gastro pub Tremont Taphouse. He again left his mark winning awards and was featured in two books: America's 50 Best Gastro Pubs and Best Chefs America 2013. Andrew’s experiences have made him diverse in French modern cooking.
