Our primary product is a fermented tea called KOMBUCHA. Kombucha is an ancient beverage that has evolved with humans around the globe for thousands of years as a home tonic. Its commercialization in the US started in the early 2000s and has accelerated to be one of the fastest growing health drinks on the market today. Its flavor and presentation can vary drastically from extremely sour to sweet, non-alcoholic to alcoholic, and simple to complex.
New Mexico Ferments Kombucha is a dryer, non-alcoholic, smooth and effervescent fermented green tea that is botanically spiked. We use organic and locally sourced ingredients if and when possible. We do not pasteurize or add preservatives that would compromise the living probiotic culture. Our kombucha comes in a variety of flavors varying seasonally.
