Since 1995, Sam Abweh has led the Native American jewelry industry in Santa Fe. His reputation and knowledge are unparalleled.
Beginning in Gallup, Sam fell in love with the culture and soul of Native artistry. He opened his first storefront in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2011. It continues to welcome tourists and locals alike. Anyone who enters Samsville Gallery is immediately entered into the Samsville Club. Sam’s energy and passion enter the hearts of his patrons. Samsville’s success is due to Abweh’s deep compassion for the Native communities of the Southwest and beyond.
Abweh represents these artisans at roadshows and rodeos today and has for over 27 years. Every year, the Samsville booth wins the Blue Ribbon or Top Booth Awards at events such as the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market, and the National Finals Rodeo.
Attendees will be astounded by the spectacle Abweh and his team have brought to the scene. Santa Fe-style walls adorned with memorabilia from a journey down route 66 capture the attention of everyone. There is a story behind Sam’s business, and it is much more than what meets the eye.
Since its foundation, Samsville has donated over a million dollars to scholarship funds to promote and encourage our young artists, among other endowments. His encouragement, generosity, and passion for the art that is Native jewelry and style is unconditional.
There is no one like Sam, and what he has created: The incredible art he sells, but also the man behind the mission will always remain Simply the Best.
