Visit the Santa Fe Botanical Garden at Museum Hill Always free admission for SFBG members Experience the skillful integration of the natural and the hand made. Enter the Orchard Gardens through a beautifully rustic Garden Gateway into the Welcome Ramada and then continue along the Central Walkway. Explore our naturalistic Meadow Garden, the meandering rock channels, and the dramatic xeric garden, which relies almost entirely on rainwater. The centerpiece of the Orchards Gardens is the Orchard, a collection of fruit trees suitable for Santa Fe gardens. Along the walkways you will find a rich tapestry of perennials, lavender and roses. A living collection of plants and outdoor experiences, the Museum Hill Garden compliments its four museum neighbors, occupying nearly 14 acres alongside the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, the Museum of International Folk Art, Museum of Spanish Colonial Art and the Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian. It is a one-of-a-kind addition to the Hill and to Santa Fe’s cultural tourism and educational experience. Collectively, the museums and the Garden define Museum Hill as the premier cultural destination for the City Different.
