Established in 1988, Santa Fe Brewing Company is New Mexico's oldest and largest brewery. With distribution in 10 states, Santa Fe Brewing Company focuses on making quality craft beer that New Mexicans can be proud of. With a solid line-up of core and seasonal beers, including favorites such as Chicken Killer Barley Wine and Happy Camper IPA, Santa Fe Brewing also pushes the boundaries of craft with their sour and barrel-aging programs, showcased by the Los Innovadores Series and Ever Changing Series. Recently, Santa Fe Brewing has won awards for the Kriek Sour Ale, Black IPA, and Imperial Java Stout. Chocolate Trail: Adobe Igloo is our New Mexican answer to the classic Winter Warmer: dark red, full bodied, and malty. Traditionally balanced with extra hops or a Wintery spice blend, we instead drew on our culinary heritage and focused on cacao nibs and red chile flakes. Offering chile flavor without heat and dusty raw cocoa rather than sweet chocolate, Adobe Igloo’s intriguing complexity will keep you coming back, sip after warming sip.
