The property surrounding The Sage is a Certified Wildlife Habitat where resident bunnies, roadrunners, goldfinches, quail, and hawks are abundant all year.
Albuquerque and Rio Rancho are close by, and Santa Fe is an easy 45-minute drive. Hot air balloon enthusiasts appreciate the great views and proximity to Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park. No matter what the season, The Sage offers comfortable, sparkling clean accommodations for every kind of traveler. The private portal is a perfect setting for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Inside, contemporary furnishings enhance the tranquil atmosphere. Guests have access to a flower garden and natural landscape surrounding the Guest House.
The Sage is an accessible space for two adults or a small family. It has a comfortable queen bed with a luxury foam mattress, as well as a queen sofa bed perfect for children. Bed linens and towels are laundered fragrance-free to accommodate guests with sensitivities, and the private bath has a large, tiled shower with easy step-in access. One wall of the Guest House features a rotating exhibit of works by local artists. Information about the area, as well as menus from local restaurants and pubs, are available in the Guest House.
